Judges in Marshall and Plano both denied motions for stays pending IPR institution in the last week.
Judge Gilstrap denied a stay pending institution of IPR in the Nanoco case pending in Marshall last Friday.
On Monday Judge Sean Jordan in the Sherman Division, sitting in Plano, denied a motion to stay the AR Design Innovations case.
As you would expect, both orders are without prejudice to refiling if the PTAB later institutes IPR.
