Judge Albright held a motion hearing on August 18 on Docket # 103, the Motion for Summary Judgment of Noninfringement due to Patent Exhaustion and Licensing filed by Defendant DISH Network Corporation.
As the attached text order reflects, the court partially denied and partially carried the motion.
